Born and raised in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, Brian’s love for Italian cuisine began at the age of 13 when he started working alongside his father, who hailed from Italy. From washing dishes to mastering the art of cooking, Brian learned every aspect of the restaurant business from the ground up.

Today, our restaurant proudly serves homemade Italian dishes crafted with the finest ingredients, a testament to Brian’s dedication to authenticity and quality. While all our dishes are exceptional, our Chicken Parmesan stands out as a crowd favorite, prepared with care and skill to deliver a taste experience like no other.
